Strength & Yoga for Beginners (all levels)

The "Strength and Yoga for Beginners" program is an ideal ‘level one’ class for those new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics with a comprehensive approach. Tailored specifically for beginners, this 6-week course breaks down yoga postures one at a time, allowing students to grasp each posture at a comfortable pace. What sets this program apart is the integration of strength exercises, seamlessly blended with yoga practices to enhance physical conditioning and muscular balance. Additionally, the course emphasizes the importance of breath control and introduces short, daily routines that students can easily incorporate into their everyday lives. This approach not only builds a deeper understanding of yoga fundamentals but also nurtures a sustainable and personal yoga practice, making it a perfect starting point for those starting a yoga practice.

A Quick Reminder!

Think of 'levels' in our yoga classes as friendly guides, not boundaries. They're here to help you find a class that feels just right, where you can grow and feel at ease.

Yoga is a personal journey, unique to each of us. These levels? They're simply pointers to help you find your best fit. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned yogi, you have a special place in our community.

Remember, in my classes, it's not about ‘levels’ it’s all about what feels right for YOU. Your body, your practice. Embrace your pace, listen to yourself, and enjoy your unique path.

I'm excited to see you on the mat.

Jan
