ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga Yoga – Tuesdays 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm

Ashtanga Yoga offers a dynamic and powerful practice, integrating body and mind through a set sequence of postures designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and cultivate inner peace. Participants should have prior experience with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to fully benefit from this method. Whether you're aiming to deepen your current practice or reconnect with the transformative power of yoga, Ashtanga provides a fulfilling journey toward enhanced physical and mental well-being.

 

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, small towel, and any props you like (bolster, block, strap, etc.) to help you feel comfortable and supported.
