Two Guided Yoga Classes!
Led Primary Series - crafted for those ready to move through the Primary Series with confidence and flow. If you are familiar with the sequence and want to move at a quicker pace while deepening your practice, this class is the perfect fit.
Guided All-Level Yoga - Ideal choice for those looking to move at their own pace and cultivate a truly personal practice. This class warmly welcomes students of all levels, offering thoughtful modifications and props to ensure everyone feels supported and empowered. Whether you are just beginning or you have been practising for years, this guided session adapts to your needs and invites you to deepen your connection to yoga in a way that feels right for you.
Now you have the choice to pick the guided class that suits you best! Whether you are a brand-new yogi or a seasoned practitioner, our retreat offers classes tailored to every level. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, we have got you covered.
Morning Meditation and Breathing Techniques: You will learn simple techniques to calm your mind, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. These sessions will provide you with valuable tools to incorporate mindfulness and breath awareness into your daily life.
Two Afternoon Workshops: We are excited to offer two afternoon workshops during the retreat, designed for everyone to enjoy! Whether you choose to attend one or both, the choice is yours—this retreat is all about keeping life simple and honouring time for yourself. These workshops provide a perfect opportunity to deepen your practice, relax, and savour the moment. After all, that’s what yoga is truly about!
Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath: Experience a soothing sound bath designed to promote relaxation and healing. Let the calming sounds wash over you, helping you to release tension and restore balance.
Meditation & Social Gathering: Experience a guided mindfulness meditation followed by a relaxed social gathering. Enjoy refreshments & nibbles, share experiences, and connect with fellow participants to build a supportive community.
Time for You: Most importantly, this getaway offers you precious time away from your daily routine. Take this opportunity to relax, unwind, and enjoy moments of solitude or connection with others.

Jan Goranson
Host & Yoga TeacherJan has experienced the transformative power of yoga & mindfulness in her own life, and is deeply committed to sharing its benefits with the whole community.
Michelle Mann-Donegan has been an authentic and committed yoga teacher since 2012 and has completed intensive trainings in Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Thrive, Acu-Yin, and Chakra Yoga, as well as numerous workshops taught by industry leaders.
For the last decade, Michelle has been experimenting with sound therapy using high-frequency instruments and has completed training in voice and sound healing. Michelle’s passion is to merge yoga and sound healing in workshop settings.

Yoga for Backs WorkshopShannon is a dedicated Yoga Instructor and Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2003. In 2013 she completed an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training. She further specialized by receiving Critical Alignment Therapy training with Gert Van Leeuwen in 2017. Shannon is passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to a healthy body.

The promo code allows for a 20% discount off the Flexible Rate, not combinable with any other offer or third-party website. Please be advised that, in order to take advantage of the discount, we require a 2-night minimum stay. A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable if cancelled 7 days before the day of arrival.
