ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga Yoga – Tuesdays 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm

Ashtanga Yoga offers a dynamic and powerful practice, integrating body and mind through a set sequence of postures designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and cultivate inner peace. Participants should have prior experience with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to fully benefit from this method. Whether you are aiming to deepen your current practice or reconnect with the transformative power of yoga, Ashtanga provides a fulfilling journey toward enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, small towel, and any props you like (bolster, block, strap, etc.) to help you feel comfortable and supported.​

Yoga for Beginners (Level 1) – Tuesdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm  

Discover Yoga for Beginners - the perfect class for absolute beginners who feel nervous about starting yoga! If you struggle with movement, want to learn postures step-by-step, or believe yoga isn't for you, this welcoming class is your answer. We break down techniques, offer modifications for all body types, and move at your pace. Our supportive environment ensures you'll build confidence, learn proper alignment, and understand how yoga can fit into your life. No experience needed - just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your potential!

Gentle Stretch – Thursdays 9:30 am-10:30 am
