New to yoga or ready to deepen your practice? Start the year with two workshops for extra support and guidance from Jan.

👉 Both workshops are great for all levels! Beginners and those seeking options to build their new or ongoing practice are welcome.
👉 Each session includes one-on-one time with Jan & open time for Q&A to help you apply what you learn to your individual goals and needs.
👉 Connect, learn, and move together as we break down walls and build community through
yoga.

Tuesday - Sun Salutations: Gentle Foundations
(6:30 pm – 8:00 pm)
Explore Sun Salutations and certain foundational poses in a warm, supportive setting suitable for every level of experience. In this class, you will move through options to begin, deepen, or modify postures as we focus on breathing and simple transitions, helping you safely build strength, improve balance, and feel truly supported on your mat.

Wednesday – Deepen your Practice (6:30 pm – 8:00 pm)
Join a supportive workshop where you will explore key postures, fine-tune your alignment, and build trust in your body’s natural strength and mobility. Together, we will experiment with options to deepen, modify, and learn simple, practical tools you can bring into your regular practice to continue growing with clarity and ease.
