Are you ready to embark on a transformative fitness journey that combines the power of strength training and the serenity of yoga? Look no further! Our 6-week program is designed specifically for beginners, offering a holistic approach to building strength, flexibility, and overall well-being slowly.

Program Highlights:

Strength Training: Our strength sessions focus on foundational movements like squats, rows, and deadlifts. We'll guide you through progressive exercises to build strength without overwhelming beginners.

Yoga Session: You will be led through a series of poses, emphasizing breath control, and mindfulness. Each session is designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Session 1 | Wednesdays, April 3rd to May 8th (6 weeks) 7:15pm to 8:15pm

Members: $85
Non-Members: $100
