Students are led through the Primary Series.  This is a lovely way for all levels to be led through the series with your community by your side.

Yoga Conference (only on selected dates)

Please join us after class for a light discussion, we will be touching on certain points of the practice and we encourage you to bring any questions you have! This is also a great time to meet and greet the other faces whom share the room with you!
